He raised the dead and set captives free,
this seed of a virgin womb;
so why on earth would the women be
afraid of an empty tomb?
This one was inspired by a message my pastor preached recently, where he discussed the women who visited Jesus’ tomb early that Sunday morning. They expected to find His body and intended to properly dress Him for burial, since the initial preparations had been made in haste. They were afraid because the tomb was empty. They did not remember that He had promised them He would rise again the third day.

Dribble
Name derived from the name of the micro-fiction form “Drabble,” which is a story consisting of exactly 100 words. A Dribble is a poem consisting of exactly 100 letters (not characters—spaces and punctuation are not counted) in four lines.
Because of the brevity of the poem, the title is integral to the poem (though not included in the count).
Usually humorous
