The Last Leaf

A languid, lonesome, Lethean* leaf
Turned loose at last, for life is brief.

Add 3 adjectives beginning with the same letter before the noun.
Write a second line ending with another noun that rhymes with the first one.
May be combined to form a longer poem
Meter: tetrameter (4 strong beats per line), though the specific number of syllables may vary
Rhyme scheme: aa
