Only in My Dreams

In my dreams

Each evening as the sun goes down
I draw the blinds and pull down the covers
You come to bed and wait expectantly for me
Then I slip in beside you, naked, scented, and ready for your love
Your arms welcome me into your embrace
And we solace ourselves until restful sleep
Replaces the rush of passion
You are so sweet, so precious, and so tender
But only in my dreams
