Who knew the power of a touch—
that a kiss could transform
client to merchant
borrower to lender
ordinary to astounding
farewell to sweet hello
I’ve tasted the forbidden fruit
Should that fruit prove to be poisoned
then I ask you to revive me
with another kiss
